Description
The SmartStraps RatchetX Ratchet Tie Down is used for securing lighter loads often hauled in a pick-up truck or on a small trailer such as dirt bikes, ATVs, and lawn tractors. Stronger and more user friendly than standard ratcheting tie downs, the tie down has SmartWeb technology which provides webbing that is stronger and more abrasion resistant than standard webbing. Features a robust, flared out, aluminum handle with padded grip and release pawl for extra grip strength and leverage. Features extra-long webbing on attachment end for hard-to-reach anchor points. The pre-threaded webbing also helps prevent accidentally feeding the webbing from the wrong direction. Includes protective hex caps to keep the ratchet mechanism clean, soft tie loops to prevent scratching, and a convenient securing strap to make it easy to tie off excess webbing or to keep your straps bundled after use. The strap features precision gearing thanks to more teeth along the sprocket of the ratchet, allowing the tension to stay under control when securing loads. Included Zerust material acts as a rust-inhibitor to improve the longevity of the ratchet.
